Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance Framework

The University quality assurance framework includes all of the governance and operational arrangements in place at the University College which allow us to appropriately establish, manage, monitor, enhance and assure the quality of provision and learner experience.

The Academic Policy and Procedure framework is made up of regulation, policy, procedure and process, and is overseen via the academic committee structure.  The academic policy and procedure framework provides the underpinning requirements which evidence how the University meets many of the requirements (Conditions of Registration) as set by the Office for Students (OfS) and takes into account the best practice established sector wide via the UK Quality Assurance Agency (along with other sector bodies).

Course Specifications (previously for AECCUC) and Course Information Forms (previously for UCO) set out the information specific to each approved course which leads to an Award of the University.

We are pleased to have received accreditation, approval and endorsement from a number of professional, regulatory and statutory bodies, external education and international assessors and accrediting bodies.
