The Art of Communication

Date: 8 July 2017

Presented By: Jo Blakeley

Early bird discounts available

Early bird ends 5 June 2017

Communication can be hit and miss. Get it right and you have a successful business with satisfied patients who will return and/or refer you. Get it wrong and you face a loss of repeat business and referrals as well as a hostile environment rife with mistrust, misunderstandings, mistakes, conflict and even complaints. None of which any healthcare professional wants!

By the end of the seminar delegates will be able to:

• Appreciate the value of communication in their profession

• Understand the keys to successful communication

• Uncover their current strengths and development areas

• Notice verbal and non-verbal cues in others

• Understand how to delve deeper into a patient’s history and uncover their limiting beliefs

• Appreciate how to flex their style according to the patient

• Motivate patients so that they follow their advice
