Everyday Fitness - Exercise for people who don't want to exercise

We all know that we should exercise more, but how many of us are actually taking note of this and changing our lifestyles to reflect our knowledge?

We have a class which is made for those of us who know we should do more and want to do that in a safe and friendly environment.

Our Everyday Fitness class will help to give you the benefits of exercise and staying active which can prevent and / or manage the following:

Weight loss

Heart conditions such as high blood pressure

Lung conditions, often caused by smoking

Type II Diabetes

and more

... or if you just need to be fitter!

Come alone and meet new people, or bring along a partner or friend and work your way round together.

£3 per session, every Monday and Thursday 2pm - 3pm
